Ms. Megan O'Brien, Principal


Ms. O'Brien is proud to be the leader of the administrative team of Huron High School. Prior to this administrative position, she has served the district since 2003. Her previous roles have included: Assistant Principal, a member of the high school teaching staff, Theatre Director and School Improvement Chair. What Ms. O'Brien enjoys the most is working with our Huron families, staff and community.  Megan O'Brien
Ms. O'Brien is a life-long learner that is passionate about education and educational leadership. She holds degrees from Central Michigan University, Eastern Michigan University and Marygrove College-Detroit. She also serves on the state board as Wayne County's Regional Representative for the Michigan Association of Secondary School Principals (MASSP).

Mr. Andrew Tomasek, Assistant Principal



Mr. Tomasek is the assistant principal of Huron High School.  Prior to his current position, he served in the district as a teacher, coach, and class sponsor.  He also served on the district technology and school improvement teams. He is passionate about working with students and takes pleasure in serving the Huron community.  

Mr. Tomasek has a growth mindset and always jumps at the opportunity to learn.  He has his bachelor's degree in secondary education and masters degree in educational leadership from Eastern Michigan University.
